Common Checks

Places and location reminders

Open a task and choose Add a place below Notes. Search by name or address. Choose Use my location for nearby results to sort matches by distance. With Pro on iPhone or iPad, select On arrival or On departure and save the task. If an alert does not arrive, check location and notification access for TrakToDo in Settings.

Meeting links and shared tasks

When creating or editing a schedule block, paste the full HTTPS meeting link and save. Open the block and choose Join meeting. Selected external calendars are read-only. A supported Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or Webex link can appear on an imported event.

On iPhone or iPad, share a link or text from another app and choose Add to TrakToDo. For hands-free capture, try “Add a task in TrakToDo” and give Siri the title and time when prompted.

Request Imports

Open More → Request Imports on iPhone or iPad, or Intake on Mac. Enter your HTTPS intake service URL and its access token. This is optional and requires a compatible service; it is not a general Notion account connection. The Tally receiver included with the project accepts form submissions and maps their titles, details, priorities, and deadlines into tasks.

Configured automatic imports check when the app opens and at the selected interval while it is active. They do not require Daily Brief. Tasks use your normal iCloud sync after import. Turn off Import automatically to stop automatic checks.

Same-name requests without an exact import identity wait under Review requests. Choose Import as a separate task for new work, or Dismiss request if already handled. Dismissal does not complete or delete the existing task. Failed checks remain retryable; Last successful check advances only after a successful import check.

TrakToDo Pro

Open More → TrakToDo Pro to see current purchase options or choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Core tasks, day scheduling, widgets, Needs attention, and iCloud sync remain free.

You can manage an active subscription from the app's Manage subscriptions link or your Apple Account settings. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your tasks.

Reporting a problem

Email the app version, device and operating system, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. For sync issues, include the status shown in Data & Backups. Please remove private task content from screenshots. Do not delete the app or clear its data as a troubleshooting step before making a backup.
